Two years ago we had 35 teams and last year it shot to 61 teams. This year 65 teams will be making their way to Branson for this national event.”
Games will be played at the RecPlex ball fields, Stockstill Park and the Reeds Spring girls high school field. The USSSA Fast Pitch program will use a 5-game guarantee format in the World Series Tournament.

“Over 4,000 people will attend the opening ceremony, and it’s an awesome sight to see,” said Shook. According to Shook, the economic impact of this World Series to the Branson business community is nearly $2 million as the teams will be in staying, eating and being entertained in Branson over the seven day period.
